Still No Luck

Eric and I spent a bit of time yesterday trying to uninstall and reinstall the software for my new camera. Still no luck. I can install it on his computer, though, so we know it works.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm wondering if it doesn't have something to do with the old Canon software that was on for my first camera. Trouble is, neither one is working now. I can't upload anything right now, and since I have to go to work tonight and tomorrow night, I don't have any more time to fiddle with this.
